What is Cell Group? in general the definition of Cell Group is a small community of people who would like to support each other growing inside Christ. Cell Group usually consist of 5-20 people. But in reality, the cell group have a deeper understanding which is:

Cell Group is a family

Ephesians 2:19 - KJV "Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellow citizens with the saints, and of the household of Christ."

Cell Group is a place to practice relationship in family which is to care one another, family ties love, sense of belonging, sense of protecting one another. How we behave in the cell group will decide how we treat our family.

Cell Group is a lifestyle - (Ecclesiastes 4 - KJV)

What kind of life style? gathered life style in the right community. Togetherness to grow in Christ, togetherness in building character, togetherness in serving, togetherness living by God's plan

What is the purpose of Cell Group?

- To grow and experience Christ (Matthew 18:20)

- So that our character will become mature (Proverbs 27:17)

- Discovering and maximizing potentials/talents

- Answering the needs of others

- Becoming a blessing inside our outside the cell group

What things must Cell Group have?

- There is God who rules (word of God)

- There is "One Heart" Phillipians 2:2

- There is a change of character to become better

- There is a process to care for others, care to support, care to care, care to forgive, care to trust, care to remind, care to serve. However, there is usually disappointment if all that is not being done by one another.

Phillipians 2:3-4 - KJV " Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others"

Cell Group is important to our live, because through cell group, together we can support one another and protect to keep living and growing in Christ and the truth of God's word. So whatever happens, don't ever leave Cell Group. Give and own hope that our cell group will keep growing and give more blessings to people.
